Martin Eichhorn
Martin is a Co-Founder of Agribeetle and a Value Chain & Market Systems Expert with 13 years of experience in economic development and sustainability. He specialises in transforming smallholder supply chains through root cause analysis, strategic target-setting, and climate resilience programming. Martin has led multidisciplinary teams across Africa, Australia, and the Americas, focusing on the intersection of trade, living income, and carbon project design. He holds an MCom in Applied Economics from the University of Cape Town and an M2R in International Economics from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Luca Desideri
Luca is a Co-Founder of Agribeetle and a Senior Consultant with over 18 years of international experience in agricultural and rural development. An expert in soil science and climate-resilient agriculture, he has led large-scale initiatives in soil fertility and sustainable land management across Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe. His career includes senior advisory roles for Fairtrade International and the European Investment Bank, as well as founding the ISO-accredited Agrilab. Luca holds an MSc in Sustainable Development and Rural Innovation from SOAS, University of London, and a BSc in Agricultural Science from the University of Tuscia.

Robyn Cooper
Robyn is a rural development and sustainable food systems expert with over a decade of experience leading international multi-stakeholder initiatives. Her expertise lies in facilitating complex research at the intersection of nature, climate, and livelihoods for global organisations such as PepsiCo, Unilever, and Danone. Previously, she led the Crops Working Group at SAI Platform and served on the Millennial Board for Illovo Sugar Africa, where she designed asset-based community development models. Robyn holds an MA (Distinction) in Globalization, Business, and Development from the Institute of Development Studies and a BA Hons in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
